Collar Dress in springtime bloom

I love anything with a collar! It is pretty classic but also very stylish! Wearing a collar dress makes me feel like a Tim Burton character or Hitchcock muse…something like that 🙂
This editorial in collaboration with KLING, is one of my favorite, for the green collar dress obviously, but also for the pretty cherry blossoms also known as sakura, the Japanese national flower. This explosion of pink pastel makes me euphoric! It is a delightful sight but its significance is even more deep and interesting! In Japan, cherry blossom represents the fragility and the beauty of life: a timeless metaphor for human existence.  Blooming season is a stunning spectacle but a very short one, as the flowers only last 2 weeks. This is a symbolic reminder for Japanese of how precious and precarious life is. In other words, we gotta enjoy the moment y’all!

Editorial entirely shot in 35mm by @philipperocks, in Berlin.
