Relax Max: Steigenberger Hotel Drei Mohren

I was invited to stay at the palace hotel Steigenberg Drei Mohren in the lovely city of Augsburg. One of the most elegant hotels i ever visited!
Entering the Steigenberger Hotel Drei Mohren is like stepping into a spectacular museum, with their impressive traditional art collection from Renaissance. A wonder for the eyes.
The hotel, located in Augsburg’s lovely center with lots of bars, shops and restaurants, on Maximilianstraße near the Schaezlerpalais, is part of Augsburg’s History: founded in 1722, the hotel had welcomed many kings, musicians, and noble guests, such as Friedrich Wilhelm I from Prussia (1730), Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1763 ), Beethoven, Goethe …pretty Impressive!
The hotel has 131 rooms. They are spacious, very elegant and well decorated. The wellness area perfectly named “Relax Max” is a must-try for a relaxation time. One of the best spas i have visited so far, with a very beautiful design, lovely warm colors and a great Sauna.
In the evening i enjoyed a tasty cocktail at the 3M bar, made with a unique honey flavoured gin made for the hotel exclusively. And the honey is produced with their own bee hives on the rooftop. You can purchase the honey on location as well.
If you’re hungry make sure you try one of the hotel’s 2 gourmet restaurants: Maximilian’s for the best “urban kitchen” or Gourmet Restaurant Sartory for a more ambitious cuisine. There is also a lot of choice around the hotel which is ideally located in the city center. The breakfast here is all you can expect from a luxury hotel: fine, abundant and delicious!
I really had a lovely time here, Thank you for having me and warm hugs to the lovely staff.
