Aix-en-Provence is my hometown. And I was glad to be invited to stay a night at Negrecoste Hotel & Spa for the first time. The hotel is perfectly well located, in the heart of the city, on Le Cours Mirabeau. You are right in the center and can enjoy the city by foot. A luxury! Really that’s what i love about Aix-En-Provence, being able to just wander around doing errands, meeting familiar faces, friends, and catching up around a cup of coffee. The Cours Mirabeau has the most prestigious bars like Le Grillon, or les 2 Garçons…and the best patisseries as well, one of my favorite “Béchard”. You have to taste their iced Brioche, or their famous Calissons. To die for!
🥐 But let’s get back to Negrecoste. It’s a charming french-style hotel. The rooms are spacious and the design very classy. You get all the facilities you would expect from a 4 stars hotel. For this occasion i brought my fave stylist Emilie Crambes who owns the vintage boutique “Blow Up” to dress me up for a photoshoot in the hotel. We had a lot of fun picking 60’s clothes and funky glasses !!!👗🕶👢
Breakfast at Negrecoste is nice; Fresh juice, mini viennoiseries, pains au chocolat, croissants, pains aux raisins, eggs, ham, cheese. Everything you need for a yummy fresh start!
The hotel’s SPA is definitely my ‘coup de coeur’. They teamed up with the brand NUXE, which is one of the best in cosmetics and one of my favorite. Their Creams, Oils, soaps are fantastic products with addictive scents. Believe me! The spa comprises a hammam, sauna, and amazing jaccuzzi to eradicate toxins. I highly recommend it! Make sure to make a reservation. It is exclusively yours for the amount of time you book it. No more over crowed SPA 😉
Thank you so much for inviting me Negrecoste. I had a lovely time.
See you soon Aix En Provence!👋
